I’m an artist that is drawn to ebb and flow of nature and in particular, the spectacular variety of flowers.

Art is very personal. It can intrigue, it can energise, it can calm and it can make the viewer ponder and see different things everytime they look at a painting. That’s my wish for every piece of art created under the Caroline Duffy Design Range.

My signature colourful pieces are inspired by nature – whether it’s a floral print, the flow of water or texture of the sky. I paint in a variety of techniques – watercolour, acrylics and mixed media – on canvas or water based paper.

The reason for this mixed media is that each painting, each media, each technique brings its own unique vitality and that’s what I want to share with the buyer and viewer of each painting. Sometimes a painting on acrylic brings a calming influence to a room as you can see, feel and sense that it’s created at a much slower pace while water colours are uplifting, are free of constraints and offer boundless energy.
